This male was out of one of the few Sieger and Siegerin Dobermanns who were not sold to the USA. His sire was one of the top producers during the war years.
The photograph (on bottom) shows Hasso at 8 years but you can still see the qualities that made him important for the breed during the fourties.
He was correctly built with a lot of substance, a very deep chest and good front angulation. It was a shame that both his left and right premolar were missing. His character was excellent and he passed his Schutzhund III exam with a very high score.
He also had his MH certificate and was a very succesful workingdog. In the showring he also performed well. He was twice the Sieger of the Eastzone (comparable to the Bundessieger).
He influencedthe breed, especially in the East Zone of Germany.
